I think that the whole process is rather easy throughout. The only thing that may need some rethinking is the website/build. The ability to see what you’re creating in a digital form does exist. So, I think that it would be a great idea to make that happen, and possibly cut the $10 fee. I took a shot in the dark with adding * for line breaks, but the is only a piece of advice and not hating in any way. Again, great process, beautiful design, and great quality.

I could not tell from the website which fonts for engraving were which and ended up choosing font 1. I wish I had seen descriptions of them as opposed to being listed as font 1, 2, and 3. I am not overjoyed with the plain font that was enscribed and wish I had specifically asked for cursive, as it would have appeared more personal I believe. Other than that, I am satisfied.
