Purchased Havern Watches for my Groomsmen two years ago. Two have mentioned that the watches stopped working and one groomsman has replaced with two batteries without success and a watch repair shop was unwilling to help due to the watch not coming from their shop. When I mentioned this to Havern, they informed me that they do not do watch repairs. I also ordered some replacement bands for one of the groomsmen and they have no use for them now due to the broken watch. When I attempted to return the bands to Havern, they wanted me to pay the return shipping for the item when I have no use for them due to Havern not being able to assist with a repair.
Decent budget gift that will last a couple years, but not a timeless piece with a subpar customer service.
